All Geared Autofeed Radial Drill Machine - AMT A40 AA

Newly Designed Oilbath Gear Box :
The all new design of gearbox is having 9 speed with all 9 gears of hardened EN-9 steel up to RC 50. Oil bath gearbox and hardened gears give very long life to the machine. Rotation and easy sliding of gears in bearings gives very high reliability. Gears are internally six splined and shaft are externally splined.

All the gears in the gearbox are machined on imported WMW Germany make shaper.

All the splines in the gearbox are machined on imported PFAUTER Germany Make spline milling machine.

Newly Designed Autofeed Gear Box :
Autofeed gear box used in Radial Drilling Machines R40AA, R40BA & P40AA is having gears made up of EN-9 Steel & of heavy 2.5 module. All gears are also hardened. Shafts supporting this gears are of four splined & gears internally splined. Worm & worm gears are of heavy duty 9 DP teeth. All the shafts in the gear box are supported thro good quality bearings and not the bushes. Engaging of autofeed through TAPER CONE MECHANISM as in the lathe machines enable maximum loading capacity leaving behind other machines.
